"Support made me feel like I was begging for help"
I reached out because I actually needed answers, but the replies were so slow that it got really frustrating. When they finally did respond, it didn’t feel all that helpful either. i started to feel like I was begging just to get basic support, and that left me resentful about the whole experience.

"Not bad, but the communication threw me off"
I tried Luv Health and the biggest issue for me was the communication. Some of the messages were totally clear, but then others felt kinda rushed or like they were missing important details, so I ended up having to ask follow up questions.
Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t always obvious what was supposed to happen next. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just more stressful than it probably needed to be

I used this for a few weeks and didn’t notice any difference at all. I kept expecting to feel some kind of change, but nothing really happened. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt like a waste of money. The hype around it didn’t match my experience, and that part was weird.

I placed my order and paid, but after waiting a few weeks, it still hasn’t arrived. I reached out to support a couple of times, and they were responsive, but mostly just said it would be coming soon. I understand delays can happen, but I would’ve appreciated a clearer update or timeline.

I was already feeling a bit stressed when I tried to book, and it was frustrating to see there weren’t any open slots available. I really needed an appointment, but couldn’t find anything that worked.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. I know delays happen, but it definitely threw off my plans a bit.
The harder part was not getting many clear updates along the way. I kept checking the tracking and waiting, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be.
It kind of reminded me how much communication matters when you’re waiting on something you already paid for. The product may still be fine, but the shipping experience itself wasn’t great.

I found it way more confusing than it needed to be. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something obvious, but nope, apparently “user-friendly” was just a suggestion

"Felt stuck after the charges showed up"
The billing wasn’t really clear to me when I signed up. I only noticed the extra charges afterward, and by then I felt kind of trapped because I wasn’t sure what I’d agreed to or how to fix it. I reached out to support, but their explanation didn’t really clear things up.

"I really wanted to like it, but it felt generic"
I went into it feeling hopeful and actually took the time to fill everything out carefully. But then when I got the plan, I was disappointed. It felt super generic, like something anyone could’ve been sent, and I kept thinking, did anyone even read what I wrote? Maybe it works for some people, but for me it just didn’t feel personal at all, and that was frustrating. I wouldn’t say it was worth it for me.

"Canceling Was Way More of a Hassle Than It Should’ve Been"
I tried to cancel my plan twice and somehow still got billed anyway. I’m sure I followed the steps correctly, so that was frustrating. Support eventually got back to me, but it was slow and didn’t really help much. Not the smoothest experience.

I had some side effects and reached out hoping to get a little help, but the responses were slooow and felt generic. i didn’t really feel supported at all. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me the support side just wasn’t great

I felt uneasy sharing my personal details here. It just didn’t feel private or confidential enough, and the whole thing gave me a weird vibe. Not trying to be dramatic, but these guys came off like total amateurs with handling sensitive info

The whole thing felt rushed. I didn’t feel like they actually wanted to help much, and I’m always a little skeptical of customer service anyway because it often feels like they’re just trying to get you off the phone or move on to the next person. Not a great experience.

I tried luv.health for a little while, i kept wondering if I was missing some secret feature hidden behind the curtain or something. The app itself wasn’t terrible, but the price felt way too high for what it actually offered. Like, it had that vibe where you start thinking there’s some pricing wizardry going on to make basic stuff seem more premium than it is.
Maybe it clicks for other people, and maybe I’m just not the target audience, but for me the value wasn’t there. I didn’t feel like I was getting anything special enough to justify the cost, so I cancelled before I got pulled any deeper into whatever subscription matrix they’ve got going on.

"Didn't Feel Like I Was Really Heard"
The provider showed up late, and the whole appointment felt rushed. When I asked questions, the answers were short, and it didn’t really feel like they were taking the time to listen to me. I left feeling disappointed and a little upset, because I was hoping to feel supported and taken seriously.

I’m still waiting on my medication, it’s been way more stressful than I expected. I thought they’d help me get it sorted out, but they never really did anything to help, and now I’m left trying to figure it out on my own.

I’d only share a refund experience if it really happened. I usually assume people are looking for honest details, so it’s better to post only if it’s true and you can speak from your own experience.

I tried checking out luv.health, but the website was a bit of a pain on my phone. Stuff loaded slower than I expected, and a few buttons weren’t super clear, so I kept getting annoyed. The actual service might be totally fine, but the site experience was clunky enough that I just gave up

I was expecting the onboarding to be straightforward, but it was confusing enough that I couldn’t get through it. I thought it would guide me step by step, but I ended up feeling stuck and gave up before finishing.
